MORE than 200 people flocked to a church to take part in an Easter Egg hunt.
The event was held at St Mary's Church in Mold on Easter Monday.

Children searched inside the historic church for 90 hard-boiled, free-range eggs which had been decorated by Cittaslow Mold volunteers and supplied by Castell, Bryn Ffynnon, Gwysaney and Aberduna Farms.

Once they had found a real one they received a chocolate egg.

Chelsea Normoyle from Mold found a goose egg and won a special prize.

As well as the egg hunt there was a bouncy castle, craft activities, face painting, story telling and an Easter bonnet competition to entertain families.

The event was organised by St Mary's Church and Cittaslow Mold.

Nanette Davies, one of the organisers, said: "It was wonderful to welcome so many children and their families into church. The event was a great success."
