CLWYD LEAGUE - FLINT Town United Reserves will be crowned Premier Division champions if Prestatyn Reserves lose at Denbigh Reserves on Thursday night.
In Saturday's Premier Cup semi-finals Aston Park Rangers overcame brave Llansannan 3-2.

James Guy, Mike Hopkinson (pen) and Chris Boden were on the mark for Rangers, who were level at 1-1 until the 70th minute. In the final Aston will take on Aber
gele Rovers.

Greenfield stayed on course for a treble as they hammered Aston Park Rangers Reserves 4-1 to reach the REM Jones Cup final, where their opponents will be Glan Conwy Reserves.

Greenfield were grateful to top scorer Lee Taylor (2), Wayne Bayliss and Graham Williams for seeing them through.

Greenfield yesterday widened their lead at the top of Division Two with a 2-1 victory at Glan Conwy to stretch their remarkable 100 per cent record to 21 straight wins!

Mark Pritchard and Lee Taylor got the goals while Aston Park Rangers Thirds produced a surprise performance to sink Premier Division title contenders Prestatyn Reserves 1-0 in their President's Cup quarter-final tie. James Butler grabbed the winner.

Brynford United ran out 4-1 victors at Aztec Sports in Division One on Saturday while Connah's Quay Reserves are Division Two champions following a 6-0 home drubbing of Bro Cernyw.

James Gambino nabbed three goals to finish the division's top marksman, Jamie Cross hitting two and Brynley Preece the other.

Shotton Steel were beaten 2-1 at home by Prestatyn Town 3rds despite a Shaun Hughes equaliser while Aston Park Rangers 3rds were edged out 6-4 by Penrhyn United, Stuart Tarrent, Anthony Weaver and Gary McConnell (2) the home scorers.
