WREXHAM defender Steve Evans has been given seven days to decide on his future.

The Welsh international is one of the players out of contract at The Racecourse and has been given a week to decide on his future by Reds boss Brian Little.

On Tuesday, Little announced that Matty Done and Carl Tremarco had been offered new contracts by Wrexham.

But another eight players, including on-loan Stoke City midfielder Robbie Garrett, will not be offered deals.

Chris Llewellyn, Neil Roberts, Danny Williams, Michael Jones, Mike Carvill, Jamie Reed and Alex Darlington were also told they were surplus to requirements.
